Pricing questions
- How much does Easy Sign cost?
- Easy Sign has two plans: Free (CA$0, forever, 10 envelopes per month) and Pro at CA$9/month or CA$79/year. Pro includes unlimited envelopes, up to 10 recipients per envelope, unlimited templates, and audit logs. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
- Is there really no per-user pricing?
- Correct. Pro is a flat CA$9/month for your whole account — unlike DocuSign or PandaDoc, adding recipients or teammates who sign never increases your bill. Recipients never need an account or a paid seat to sign.
- Is there a free trial for Pro?
- Yes. Eligible accounts can start a 7-day free trial of Pro — cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The Free plan itself never expires and requires no credit card.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Billing. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period.
