What does Pro include?
Pro costs CA$9/month (or CA$79/year, saving CA$29). You get unlimited envelopes, up to 10 recipients per envelope, 100 AI messages/month, 4MB file limit, reusable templates, audit logs, and priority support.
What happens to my files after signing?
All envelopes, PDFs, and audit trails are automatically deleted within thirty (30) days of last activity. You may also delete envelopes manually at any time for immediate removal.
What are the file size and upload limits?
Free users can upload files up to 2MB. Pro users can upload up to 4MB per file. Each envelope supports up to 5 documents with a maximum of 20 pages per document.
Do you offer custom deployments for businesses?
Absolutely. We build white-label signing portals with your logo, domain, storage policy, and long-term ownership. You can run Easy Sign on your own infrastructure with full source access.
Do you store or resell personal data?
No. We do not monetize documents or train models on your content. Operational logs are kept only for troubleshooting and follow the thirty-day retention window.
How do I upgrade or manage my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. You can upgrade to Pro, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal.
How do I request enterprise features?
Email contact@easy-sign.ca with your requirements—branding, compliance, SSO, audit exports, or integrations. We will scope a plan and hand over code once the build is complete.
